I couldn’t find a form for Hollywood Park yesterday in a city that is in the middle of a live race meet. It looked like I might have had a good day had I played, but today is another day so we’ll give it a try. The new card arrived and I have renewed my Daily Racing Form subscription so let’s get busy. There’s a big carryover in the Pick 6 today, but the card looks a little chalky.

I had a better day at Hollywood Park yesterday thanks to a couple of decent price winners in Jungle Wave ($16.80) and Lutyens ($10.60). Call Aly also won but only paid ($3.40). We also should have had the exacta in the 4th with Peace Accord and Run Forest Run. Let’s see if we can string two in a row together.

Bookem Babe did make for a memorable day yesterday as the live long shot paid $33.60. The exacta price was good enough as well at $112.00 for a dollar. I hope everybody got a piece of it. I don’t see any such opportunities today, but let’s see what we do have here.
